Warm staff, comfy beds.

Had a great time with friends! The pool area was awesome, and we loved visiting the Woldumar Nature Center. The fitness center was a nice perk too. Just a heads up, some areas could use a little upkeep, but overall, it was a fun trip.

One downside was the musty smell in some parts of the hotel. It made things a bit uncomfortable.

The pet-friendly room was okay, while the common area felt sketchy at times.

I really appreciated the close proximity to Horrocks Farm Market, only a few steps away, and I loved that Hawk Meadow Park is just a short drive of about 3.5 km, perfect for those weekend strolls I enjoy. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful during my stay, even if the property itself felt a bit outdated and in need of better upkeep, which could really enhance the overall experience.

I had such a cozy stay with the King Room overlooking the pool! The heated swimming pool was a total game-changer, perfect for evening swims. Plus, the staff went above and beyond, making us feel right at home!

However, the customer service left much to be desired, especially regarding a security deposit issue. Although the food was decent, the service at the attached restaurant could use a boost.
